Endorsement Letters ...

An endorsement campaign letter is a quiet kind of support that speaks loudly. It’s someone taking a moment to stand beside you in words, offering their belief, their trust, and their voice to help others see what they see in you. In a world where people are often unsure who or what to choose, that gentle reassurance can make all the difference, turning uncertainty into confidence, and helping something meaningful find its way a little further into the hearts of others.

Racheal Farac
Mayor of novato

Friends,

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with many people who care deeply about Novato and Marin County. Among them, Curtis Aiken has consistently stood out. I have known Curtis for a long time, and in that time I have come to trust not only his judgment, but his character.

Curtis is someone who shows up — not for the credit, but because he believes in doing the work. When our community needs a listener, he is there. When our residents need an advocate, he steps forward. That reliability is something I value greatly, and it is something I have seen from him again and again.

What also matters to me is that Curtis’ values align with the working people who keep our communities strong. He understands the importance of unions, fair treatment, and economic stability for families. His approach is grounded, thoughtful, and rooted in respect for the people he serves.

As Mayor of Novato, I look for leaders who bring integrity, follow-through, and a genuine commitment our community. Curtis embodies those qualities. I believe he will bring that same steady presence and principled leadership to the Board of Supervisors.

I am proud to support Curtis Aikens.

Mayor pro tim

I've had the pleasure of getting to know Curtis Aikens over the past year, and I've been consistently impressed by his thoughtfulness, his deep commitment to this community, and his practical approach to solving real problems.

Curtis brings a rare combination of skills to this race — as a chef, entrepreneur, educator, and advocate, he understands what it means to serve others and deliver results.

District 5 needs a supervisor who is responsive and grounded in the concerns of everyday residents, and that's exactly who Curtis is. I'm proud to support him.

I am proud to support Curtis Aikens for Marin County Supervisor.

Curtis is a leader who listens—truly listens—to the people in our community. That quality alone sets him apart. In every interaction I’ve seen, he brings a genuine commitment to understanding what matters most to residents and working toward real solutions.

His presence on the Board of Supervisors will be meaningful for all of us in Marin. Curtis brings a rare combination of practical experience, integrity, and a deep sense of responsibility to the community he serves. He has built successful businesses, strengthened institutions, and consistently demonstrated that he knows how to turn ideas into results.

What stands out most is his focus on accountability and service. Curtis doesn’t approach leadership as a title—he approaches it as a responsibility to deliver for the people. He is committed to making government more responsive, more accessible, and more effective for everyday families.

Our community is at an important moment, and we need leadership that is both grounded and forward-thinking. Curtis Aikens represents that kind of leadership.

I encourage you to join me in supporting Curtis Aikens for Marin County Supervisor. His vision, his work ethic, and his dedication to this community make him the right choice for Marin’s future.

I wholeheartedly endorse Curtis Aikens for Marin County Supervisor representing Novato and District 5.
